- Communications data: messages exchanged through the Platform.
How We Use Your Data

- Verify and authenticate User identities.
- Facilitate bookings and process payments through escrow.
- Operate and improve the AI matching engine.
- Send transactional and service-related communications.
- Resolve disputes and enforce Platform policies.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only as follows:
- With Vendors: Client contact information shared only as necessary for Booking fulfillment.
- With Clients: Vendor profile and contact information as displayed on the Platform.
- With service providers: payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics tools — under strict data processing agreements.
- With authorities: where required by law or court order.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Account data is retained for 7 years following account closure for tax and compliance purposes. Transaction records are retained for 7 years. Portfolio and profile content is deleted within 30 days of account closure upon User request.
User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion: request deletion of personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability: request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing of your data for marketing purposes.

Sinnapi operates globally. Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your home jurisdiction. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.
